To provide snow melting facilities capable of reducing snow accumulation on a roof face.SOLUTION: Snow melting facilities are used for a roof body having a gradient roof face, the facilities comprising a pump for discharging water from a water source, and a water sprinkler 32 for sprinkling, on a roof face 18, water delivered from the pump, in which the snow melting facilities can sprinkle water from the water sprinkler 32 such that a major part of a water downstream part 44D of the roof face 18 becomes a cover range Sb of sprinkled water W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
