To provide a slope installation padding member that can accurately fill a space between a pressure receiving plate and a slope and apply even stress to the pressure receiving plate, a slope stabilization method using the padding member, and a slope stabilization structure.SOLUTION: A slope installation padding member 50, which is arranged between a slope S and a pressure receiving plate 30 attached to a head of an anchor member 20 embedded in the slope S, comprising a bag body 52 that is loaded with a compression-deformable porous member 54 and can hold a filler 56 having curability over time inside, comprises a spacer member 60 that is installed inside the bag body 52 or between the bag body 52 and the slope S and has at least one protrusion 66 that is convex in the thickness direction of the bag body 52 in the installed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
