To provide a load-bearing wall structure of a building having a plurality of pillars arranged inside a wall and reinforcing members bridged between the pillars, which can improve workability of studs.SOLUTION: A bearing wall 10 of a building comprises: a plurality of pillars 18 arranged at predetermined intervals; a lattice material 22 bridged between the adjacent pillars 18; a pair of runners 26 arranged between the adjacent pillars 18 and extending parallel to a ceiling 14 and a floor 12 of the building so as to face each other vertically; and first studs 30 arranged on at least one side of the wall thickness direction with respect to the lattice material 22, inside the pair of runners 26, and supporting base materials 24 on a surface arranged on one side in the thickness direction of the wall as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
