SEAL STRUCTURE FOR INUNDATION WATERPROOF AND INUNDATION WATERPROOF APPARATUS
To provide a seal structure and an inundation waterproof apparatus applying the same, in which a compression and pressure welding seal state function is maintained over a long period between a lower part and both side parts of a waterproof panel, and a lower skeleton and both side skeletons of an opening to reliably prevent sudden invasion of flowing water from outside and leakage and invasion by high hydrostatic pressure and prevent damage in a traverse blocking inundation waterproof apparatus and a descending blocking inundation waterproof apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a seal structure for inundation prevention in which a first layer is ethylene propylene rubber EPDM 401, a second layer is EPT-sealer sealing rubber 402, and a connecting surface of the first layer and the second layer is formed into a wavelike surface and a mountain-and-valley surface, and there is also provided an inundation waterproof apparatus in which both side parts 202 and/or a lower part 203 of a waterproof panel body 201 is mounted to a lower skeleton 101 and both side skeletons 102 of an opening 100 with a tightening handle 300, and the seal structure is arranged at a lower part of the waterproof panel body 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】横行遮断浸水防水装置、下降遮断式浸水防水装置などにおいて、防水パネルの下部及び両側部と該開口部の下部躯体及び両側部躯体との間に、圧縮・圧接シール状態機能を長期に維持して外部からの急激な流水侵入及び高水圧による洩流侵入を確実に防止すると共に損傷のないシール構造とそれを採用した浸水防水装置を提供する。【解決手段】一層目をエチレンプロピレンゴムＥＰＤＭ４０１とし、二層目をエプトシーラ製シーリングゴム４０２にし、一層目と二層目との接続面を波形状面や山谷形状面に形成した浸水防水用のシール構造と、防水パネル本体２０１の両側部２０２及び／又は下部２０３を開口部１００の下部躯体１０１、側部躯体１０２に締め込みハンドル３００で装着する浸水防水装置において、防水パネル本体２０１の下部に、シール構造を配設した。【選択図】図１
