SELF-STANDING DRAINING GARBAGE BAG AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
To provide a self-standing draining garbage bag which can be simply dewatered while being left as it is in a sink or the like, holds a shape even when be wet, is excellent in easiness of putting and self-standing property of garbage, forms a handle without adding an excess step, and accordingly facilitates carrying in disposal, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a self-standing draining garbage bag includes a first step of boring a raw fabric of a thermoplastic resin film sheet having fusibility and rigidity and then folding both side edges of the sheet, and continuously forming an opening formed with a folding margin in the periphery and a bottom with a gusset, and a second step of welding the sheet for each predetermined length and cutting the sheet, and forming the side part. When the bottom with the gusset is enlarged, a self-standing bottom surface having a boat bottom type, an oval opening, and a handle to which a finger is inserted and that enables carrying are formed. The thermoplastic resin sheet can use an object subjected to printing of various patters in a molding process as the raw fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シンク等にそのまま置いて、水切りを簡便に行うことができるうえ、水に濡れても形状が保たれるので、生ゴミの入れやすさや自立性に優れ、さらに、余分な工程を加えることなく取手が形成されるので、廃棄する際の持ち運びが容易である自立式水切りゴミ袋、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の自立式水切りゴミ袋の製造方法は、溶着性と腰の強さとを有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムシートの原反を穿孔した後に該シートの両側縁を折り畳み、折代が周囲に形成された開口とマチ底とを連続的に形成する第1工程と、所定の長さ毎に溶着すると共に切断して側部を形成する第2工程とを含み、該マチ底を拡開したとき、自立自在な舟底形の底面と、楕円形の開口と、指を差し込んで持ち運ぶ取手が形成される。 なお、熱可塑性樹脂シートは、その成形過程で種々の柄の印刷を施したものを原反とすることができる。【選択図】図1
