To provide a concrete decorative agent, a concrete decorative member and a method for producing the same which can reproduce fair-faced concrete feeling re-using a concrete sludge, is resistant to slipping, cracking, floating and peeling, has a large strength even when being thin, and can exhibit massive feeling peculiar to concrete.SOLUTION: A first step mixes silica gel powder with water containing calcium hydroxide until a pH reaches 9 or less to prepare first mixed water. A second step mixes an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin with the first mixed water after the first step to prepare second mixed water. A third step mixes a synthetic resin emulsion paint with the second mixed water after the second step to prepare third mixed water. A fourth step mixes a concrete sludge with third mixed water after the third step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリートスラッジを再利用して、コンクリート打ちっ放しの風合いを再現でき、滑りにくく、ひび割れ、浮き、剥離を発生しにくく、薄くても強度が大きく、コンクリート特有の重量感を出すことができるコンクリート化粧剤、コンクリート化粧部材およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第１工程で水酸化カルシウムを含む水にシリカゲル粉末をｐＨが９以下となるまで混合して第１混合水を調製する。第２工程で第１工程後の第１混合水にエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を混合して第２混合水を調製する。第３工程で第２工程後の第２混合水に合成樹脂エマルションペイントを混合して第３混合水を調製する。第４工程で第３工程後の第３混合水にコンクリートスラッジを混合する。【選択図】なし
