ADMISSION/ENTRANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND LOCKING/UNLOCKING DEVICE USED FOR THE SAME
To provide: an admission/entrance management system convenient enough to enable an entrance applicant to be admitted to an apartment house or to enter a dwelling unit even when a tenant is not present and capable of ensuring sufficient security for admission to the apartment house or entrance to the dwelling unit and greatly reducing a burden on a management company, an owner or the like; and a locking/unlocking device used for the system.SOLUTION: A control terminal 12 of an admission/entrance management system 10 comprises: reservation acceptance means for accepting entrance reservation through an operation of an entrance applicant; authentication information generation means for generating authentication information corresponding to the reservation; and authentication information transmission means for transmitting the authentication information toward a communication terminal owned by the entrance applicant. The authentication information includes a one-time password. An entrance locking/unlocking device 14 unlocks the entrance of an apartment house upon entry of the one-time password. A dwelling unit locking/unlocking device 16 unlocks the entrance of a dwelling unit upon entry of the one-time password.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】入居者が不在の場合であっても入室希望者が集合住宅への入館および住戸への入室が可能であるという利便性を備えながらも、集合住宅の入館および住戸の入室に関して十分なセキュリティを確保することができ、管理会社やオーナー等の負担を大幅に軽減することができる入館・入室管理システムおよびこれに用いられる施解錠装置を提供する。【解決手段】入館・入室管理システム１０の管理端末１２は、入室希望者の操作により入室の予約を受け付ける予約受付手段と、予約に対応した認証情報を生成する認証情報生成手段と、入室希望者が所持する通信端末に向けて認証情報を送信する認証情報送信手段と、を有し、認証情報には、ワンタイムパスワードが含まれ、エントランス施解錠装置１４は、ワンタイムパスワードが入力された場合に、集合住宅の入口の解錠を行い、住戸施解錠装置１６は、ワンタイムパスワードが入力された場合に、住戸の出入口の解錠を行う。【選択図】図１
