HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION-AGITATION METHOD AND INJECTION DEVICE
To provide a technique through a high pressure injection-agitation method capable of forming an improvement body with a comparatively large formed diameter and stable quality in a shorter construction period.SOLUTION: A method forming an improvement body in the ground comprises steps of: inserting a double tube rod provided with a first nozzle 36 and a second nozzle 38 in a side surface into an improvement object ground; injecting solidification material liquid from each of the nozzles at a high pressure when pulling up the double tube rod as rotating or swinging it; and cutting the soil by injecting the solidification material liquid at the high pressure as well as agitating-mixing the cut soil and the solidification material liquid. The first nozzle 36 is to form jet flow 48 with relatively excellent cutting performance for the soil and the second nozzle 38 is to form jet flow 50 with relatively excellent agitating performance for the soil. The solidification material liquid is supplied to the first nozzle 36 and the second nozzle 38 through a common high pressure pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】より少ない施工時間で、比較的造成径が大きくて品質の安定した改良体を形成可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】側面に第1のノズル36及び第2のノズル38を備えた二重管ロッドを改良対象地盤中に挿入し、二重管ロッドを回転または揺動等させながら引き上げる際に、各ノズルから固化材液を高圧で噴射し、この固化材液の高圧噴流によって土壌を切削すると共に、切削した土壌と固化材液とを攪拌混合し、地盤中に改良体を造成する工法において、第1のノズル36を、土壌の切削性に比較的優れた噴流48を形成するものとし、第2のノズル38を、土壌の攪拌性に比較的優れた噴流50を形成するものとした。第1のノズル36及び第2のノズル38には、共通の高圧ポンプを介して固化材液が供給される。【選択図】図3
