CONCRETE FILLED STEEL PIPE MEMBER, JOINT STRUCTURE AND JOINT METHOD
To provide a technology which eliminates the necessity of welding regarding the joint of a CFT member and a reinforced concrete member.SOLUTION: A concrete filled steel pipe (CFT) member is used for a beam and a girder of an RC viaduct 4 for a railway. A CFT beam 10H is a concrete filled steel pipe member which is joined to a slab 50 (reinforced concrete member) placed at the site and it includes: insertion hole parts 12 provided on a joint surface with the slab 50 of a steel pipe 11; displacement prevention reinforcing bars 20 in which insertion parts 21 on both ends are inserted into the insertion hole parts 12, a connection part 23 for connecting the insertion parts 21 on both ends are in a state of being outside of the insertion hole parts 12, and the connection part 23 is embedded in the slab 50; and a filled part 32 inside the steel pipe filled with concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】CFT部材と鉄筋コンクリート部材との接合に係り溶接を不要とする技術を提供すること。【解決手段】鉄道用RC高架橋4の梁や桁に、コンクリート充填鋼管(CFT)部材を用いる。CFT梁10Hは、現場で打設されるスラブ50(鉄筋コンクリート部材)に接合するコンクリート充填鋼管部材であって、鋼管11のスラブ50との接合面に設けられた挿入孔部12と、両端の差込部21が挿入孔部21に挿入され、両端の差込部21を連結する連結部23が挿入孔部12の外に出た状態とされて、当該連結部23がスラブ50内に埋設されるズレ止め鉄筋20と、コンクリートが充填された鋼管内部の充填部32と、を備える。【選択図】図2
