To protect a storage battery from dust and a heavy object, while maintaining comfort of a resident.SOLUTION: A storage chamber (21) in which at least one out of a back surface and side surfaces is constituted by a wall surface of a building includes: outlets (51, 52) provided on a back surface (32) or side surfaces (33, 34); a shelf board (53) provided along the back surface or the side surfaces at a position above the outlets; and a storage battery (60) installed in a lower space of the shelf board. At a position above the shelf board (53), a storage space (S1) surrounded by the back surface and the side surfaces is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
