To adjust oil supply amount according to a burden of an actuator.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 20 has an open center passage CL to which oil is supplied from a pump P, a direction switch valve 40 that is provided on the open center passage CL to control the supply of oil supplied from the pump P to an actuator A1, and opens the open center passage CL when difference pressure obtained by subtracting the pressure of the oil supplied to the actuator A1 from the pressure of the oil supplied from the pump P is larger than a set value, a throttle 21 provided on the downstream side of the direction switch valve 40 on the open center passage CL, and a regulator 22 that controls the supply amount of oil from the pump P according to pressure in the open center passage CL between the throttle 21 and the direction switch valve 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
