To provide a frame for attaching a ventilator which can be fitted to a thickness dimension of an external wall and which can be installed from indoor-side.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a rectangular cylindrical-shaped fitting frame 2; a rectangular support frame 3 that opens and closes at a rear end of the fitting frame 2; and a filter 5 attached closer to the rear end of the fitting frame 2. A right plate part 13 and a left plate part 14 of the fitting part 2 include a respective slit holes 13a, 14a provided at an equal interval in a vertical direction along a front-rear direction, and include a left-right pair of slide plates 21, 21 movably attached in the front-rear direction along an inner surface of the right plate part 13 and the inner surface of the left plate part 14.
