To perform the precutting of a floor material based on a shape of a floor.SOLUTION: A floor material precutting system 1 includes a reception unit 11 that receives an input of floor specific information, a floor data acquisition unit 12, a floor material data acquisition unit 13, a cutting line determination unit 14 that determines a cutting line when laying a floor material with dimensions indicated by floor material data on a floor with a shape indicated by floor shape data, an output unit 15 that outputs cutting line data, and a storage unit 16 that records cut data indicating the determined cutting line or an actual cutting line in a recording unit 2. When the cut data is recorded, the cutting line determination unit 14 generates the cutting line data by using the cut data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
