METHOD FOR REDUCTION OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM
To solve such a problem that it is obliged to flush a chromium ore after pulverizing to the size regulated by environmental standard or the like in order to reduce the hexavalent chromium content in a large amount of slag generating when refining metal chromium from the chromium ore.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for reduction of the hexavalent chromium elution amount from a slag including a process 1 of pulverizing the slag including the hexavalent chromium and a process 2 of flushing the pulverized slag. The slag is pulverized into a size in which the hexavalent chromium elution amount accompanying pulverization does not increase even if the slag is further pulverized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
