To provide a method for releasing a fingerprint identification lock and a zipper lock provided with fingerprint identification.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for releasing a fingerprint identification lock and a zipper lock provided with fingerprint identification and including a lock box and a movable lock piece that is provided on the lock box in a detachable manner. A fingerprint acquisition module or a fingerprint reader is installed on the movable lock piece. In the locked state, the lock box remains powered off, and when a user presses the movable lock piece, the lock box powers the movable lock piece via a terminal for fingerprint acquisition or fingerprint identification, which saves power and reduces the size of the fingerprint identification lock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
