RAINWATER OUTFLOW INHIBITION FACILITY
To provide a rainwater outflow inhibition facility that can be effectively used as a rainwater storage facility during rainfall, and can be effectively used by storing domestic wastewater and sewage when there is no rainfall and recovering heat from the domestic wastewater and the sewage.SOLUTION: The rainwater outflow inhibition facility buried in a roadbed 11 to supply heat energy to a road surface 11A is configured to comprise: a storage tank 2 that is installed underground and has a rainwater inflow port 12A and a domestic wastewater inflow port 13A, and stores inflowing rainwater and domestic wastewater; a partition membrane 4 that divides a first area 4A on the rainwater inflow port 12A side and a second area 4B on the domestic wastewater inflow port 13A side in the storage tank 2 without allowing water to permeate; and a heat exchange device 3 that is arranged so that the heat energy can be transferred between the domestic wastewater in the storage tank 2 and the roadbed 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
