To provide a road surface anti-freezing system capable of efficiently and stably supplying heat energy to a road surface.SOLUTION: A road surface anti-freezing system 1 that is buried in a roadbed 11 and supplies heat energy to a road surface 11A to prevent the road surface 11A from freezing includes: a storage tank 2 being installed underground and storing drainage W; and an anti-freeze circulation pipe 3 being buried underground and transferring heat energy between the drainage W in the storage tank 2 and the roadbed 11. The storage tank 2 is configured to be provided with a flow path through which the anti-freeze fluid in the anti-freeze circulation pipe 3 flows in the drainage W in the storage tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
