DECORATIVE SHEET, DECORATIVE LAMINATE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE SHEET
To provide a decorative sheet excellent in fingerprint resistance on a surface of the decorative sheet, a decorative laminate, and a method for producing the decorative sheet.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises: an original fabric layer; a colored pattern layer provided on one surface of the original fabric layer; and a first surface protective layer that is provided on a surface opposite to the original fabric layer of the colored pattern layer, has a ridge-shaped part that protrudes from a core part and one surface of the core part in a ridge-shaped shape, and has an uneven shape formed on the surface. The first surface protective layer of the decorative sheet is formed by irradiating a surface of an applied ionizing radiation curable resin with first ionizing radiation that has energy capable of cutting a polymer chain of an ionizing radiation curable resin to shrink a surface of the ionizing radiation curable resin, and irradiating a shrunk ionizing radiation curable resin with second ionizing radiation that cures the ionizing radiation curable resin to cure the ionizing radiation curable resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧シート表面の耐指紋性に優れた化粧シート、化粧板及び化粧シートの製造方法を得る。【解決手段】化粧シートは、原反層と、原反層の一方の表面に設けられた着色絵柄層と、着色絵柄層の原反層とは反対側の面に設けられ、コア部及びコア部の一方の面から畝状に突出して設けられた畝状部を有し、表面に凹凸形状が形成された第一表面保護層と、を備える。化粧シートの第一表面保護層は、塗布された電離放射線硬化型樹脂の表面に対して電離放射線硬化型樹脂の高分子鎖を切断可能なエネルギーを有する第一電離放射線を照射して電離放射線硬化型樹脂の表面を収縮させ、電離放射線硬化型樹脂の表面に凹凸形状を形成し、収縮させた電離放射線硬化型樹脂に電離放射線硬化型樹脂を硬化させる第二電離放射線を照射して、電離放射線硬化型樹脂を硬化させることにより形成する。【選択図】図1
