ASPHALT MIXTURE AGGREGATE SUPPLY AMOUNT OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM AND AGGREGATE SUPPLY AMOUNT OPTIMIZATION METHOD
To provide an asphalt mixture aggregate supply amount optimization system and aggregate supply amount optimization method which can quickly acquire measurement value data about the grain size of aggregates of the asphalt mixture and easily stabilize the quality of the asphalt mixture using the measurement value data.SOLUTION: An aggregate supply amount optimization system 80 comprises: a first image analysis processing device 83 which performs the image analysis processing to image data of a new aggregate A to measure the pre-mixing new aggregate grain size Hkj for each storage bin 15a-15e; and a first computing device 86a which calculates the entire aggregate grain size Yj of the asphalt mixture on the basis of the pre-mixing new aggregate grain size Hkj and a supply amount Gk of the new aggregates. The first computing device 86a corrects the supply amount Gk of the new aggregates for each storage bin 15a-15e such that the entire aggregate grain size Yj is included in the optimum grain size range, and calculates the optimum supply amount Gkx of the new aggregates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】アスファルト混合物の骨材の粒度に関する測定値データを迅速に取得し、当該測定値データを用いてアスファルト混合物の品質を容易に安定させることができるアスファルト混合物の骨材供給量最適化システム及び骨材供給量最適化方法を提供することである。【解決手段】骨材供給量最適化システム80は、新規骨材A画像データに対して画像解析処理を行い、貯蔵ビン15a〜15e毎の混合前新規骨材粒度Hkjを測定する第1画像解析処理装置83と、混合前新規骨材粒度Hkj、及び、新規骨材の供給量Gkに基づいて、アスファルト混合物の全体骨材粒度Yjを算出する第1演算装置86aとを備え、第1演算装置86aは、全体骨材粒度Yjが最適粒度範囲に包含されるように、貯蔵ビン15a〜15e毎の新規骨材の供給量Gkを補正して、新規骨材の最適供給量Gkxを算出する。【選択図】 図2
