ASPHALT MIXTURE TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, ASPHALT PLANT AND ASPHALT MIXTURE TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT METHOD
To provide an asphalt mixture temperature measurement system, an asphalt plant and an asphalt mixture temperature measurement method which can accurately measure the temperature of the asphalt mixture without the influence from dust, steam and the like.SOLUTION: In an asphalt plant 1 which manufactures an asphalt mixture by mixing asphalt and aggregates with a mixer 7, a temperature measurement system 8 for measuring the temperature of the asphalt mixture in the mixer 7 comprises: an imaging device 81 which images the asphalt mixture in the mixer 7 in a prescribed time interval; and a computing device 82 which calculates the temperature t of the asphalt mixture on the basis of a plurality of photographed images obtained by the imaging device 81. The computing device 82 calculates the temperature t of the asphalt mixture on the basis of the change generated between the plurality of photographed images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粉塵や水蒸気等の影響を受けずに、アスファルト混合物の温度を精度よく測定することができるアスファルト混合物の温度測定システム、アスファルトプラント及びアスファルト混合物の温度測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】ミキサ７によりアスファルトと骨材とを混合してアスファルト混合物を製造するアスファルトプラント１において、ミキサ７内のアスファルト混合物の温度を測定する温度測定システム８は、ミキサ７内のアスファルト混合物を所定の時間間隔で撮像する撮像装置８１と、撮像装置８１によって撮像された複数の撮像画像に基づいて、アスファルト混合物の温度ｔを演算する演算装置８２と、を備えており、演算装置８２は、複数の撮像画像間に生じた変化に基づいて、前記アスファルト混合物の温度ｔを演算する。【選択図】 図１
