WATERPROOF FLOOR UNIT AND WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL FLOOR
To form a step portion on an edge of a waterproof floor unit with high accuracy by simple and inexpensive means.SOLUTION: A waterproof floor unit 10 comprises: a flat heat insulating material 11; a coated metal plate 12 laminated and adhered to an upper surface thereof; a raising material 15 made of a thin plate made of synthetic resin laminated and adhered to an upper surface of an inner region excluding an edge along a joint 3 of the coated metal plate 12; a reinforcing fiber layer 16 laminated and adhered to an upper surface of the raising material 15; and a coating film formed by applying a waterproof paint 17 to an upper surface of the reinforcing fiber layer 16. A step portion 13 is formed by a step between an edge of the coated metal plate 12 and the coating film made of the waterproof paint 17. A plurality of holes 18 are formed in the raising material 15, and the waterproof paint 17 that has passed through the reinforcing fiber layer 16 flows into the holes 18 and is adhered to the upper surface of the coated metal plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防水床ユニットの縁部に、簡便・安価な手段で精度良く段落部を形成する。【解決手段】防水床ユニット10は、平坦な断熱材11と、その上面に積層接着された被覆金属板12と、被覆金属板12の目地3に沿う縁部を除く内側領域の上面に積層接着された合成樹脂製の薄板体からなる嵩上げ材15と、嵩上げ材15の上面に積層接着された補強繊維層16と、補強繊維層16の上面に防水塗料17を塗布して形成された塗膜と、を具備して、被覆金属板12の縁部と防水塗料17からなる塗膜との間の段差によって段落部13が形成される。嵩上げ材15には複数個の孔部18が形成されて、補強繊維層16を通過した防水塗料17がその孔部18内に流入して被覆金属板12の上面に接着される。【選択図】図1
