FLOOR CONCRETE FORM PRESSER MOUNTING TOOL
To provide a floor concrete form presser mounting tool which fixes a thick plate-shaped form called a batter material (batten) with a pile composed of a metal rod without nailing the form, and facilitates a removal work of a pile and a form.SOLUTION: A floor concrete form presser mounting tool includes: a rod body 1 composed of a cylindrical rod or a prism rod; a metal pile body 3 having a sharp part 2 with a lower end of the rod body 1 pointed; and a metal form presser 9 having a horizontal plate 5 formed with a fitting hole 4 to which the rod body 1 of the pile body 3 is fit, and a vertical plate 8 to which the horizontal plate 5 is connected in a hook shape by bending the horizontal plate 5 at a right angle. A thick plate-shaped form is made to stand along the inside of the rod body 1 of the pile body 3, and the form is sandwiched and fixed by the vertical plate 8 of the form presser 9 and the rod body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】端太材（バタ材）と呼ばれている厚板状の型枠を釘打ちすることなく金属棒の杭により固定し、しかも杭及び型枠の除去作業が容易である土間コンクリート型枠押さえ取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】円柱棒又は角柱棒からなる棒本体１及び棒本体１の下端を尖らせた先鋭部２を備えた金属製の杭本体３と、該杭本体３の棒本体１を嵌合させる嵌合孔４を開けた水平板５と水平板５を直角に折り曲げて鉤状に接続された垂直板８を備えた金属製の型枠押え部材９とから構成される。杭本体３の棒本体１の内側に沿って厚板状の型枠を立てると共にこの型枠を型枠押え部材９の垂直板８と棒本体１により挟み固定する。【選択図】図１
