To provide a new construction method of an inorganic material.SOLUTION: A construction method of this invention for applying a mortar 320 to an existing concrete 300 includes steps of making an inorganic adhesive 310 exist in a spot in the existing concrete 300, to which the mortar 320 is applied, adhering the mortar 320 thereto in the presence of the inorganic adhesive 310, and curing the mortar 320. The construction method may also include a step of further adhering a tile 340 to the mortar 320. An alkali silicate solution containing at least sodium silicate and potassium silicate can be used as the inorganic adhesive 310.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
