To provide a flooring material having a fitting shape hardly showing a gap at a joint part between floor materials when the floor material fitted and laid contracts under the influence of humidity and temperature, coming off fitting, and hardly causing protrusions and steps.SOLUTION: A fitting structure of a flooring material includes: a linear engaging recessed groove part 223 whose rear surface side is cut off provided at one end part facing each other of a substantially rectangular plane member; a first projection part 221 whose front surface side is obliquely cut off provided at a tip of the one end part; a linear engagement recessed groove portion 234 to be fitted to a linear engagement recessed groove portion 223 in which a surface side of the other end part opposite to a one end part is cut; and a second projection part 231 whose lower side is obliquely cut so as to be joined to the first projection part 221 at the tip of the one end part on an inner surface of the engagement recessed groove portion 234. As for the floor material, an Asker C hardness of a base material layer is 55-75, the thickness of a layer consisting of a continuous bubble structure in a buffer layer is 1.0-0.5 times the thickness of the layer consisting of an independent bubble structure, and the total thickness of the buffer layer is larger than the thickness of the base material layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】嵌合して敷設し湿度、温度の影響を受け、収縮した際に床材同士の目地部における隙間が目立ち難く、また嵌合が外れ難く突上げや段差の発生のし難い嵌合形状を有する床材を提供する。【解決手段】略矩形平面部材の相対する一方の端部に、裏面側が切除された線状の係合凹溝部223を備え、上記一方の端部の先端は表面側が斜めに切除された第1突起部221を備え、相対する他方の端部の表面側が切除された線状の係合凹溝部223と嵌合する線状の係合凹溝部234を備え、上記係合凹溝部234の内面に上記一方の端部の先端の第1突起部221と接合するように下側が斜めに切除された第2突起部231を備えてなる嵌合構造を有し、基材層のアスカーC硬度が55〜75であり、緩衝層において連続気泡構造体からなる層の厚みが独立気泡構造体からなる層の厚みの1.0〜0.5倍であり、上記緩衝層の厚みの合計が上記基材層の厚みよりも大きい床材である。【選択図】図4
