QUICK SETTING AGENT FOR SPRAYING
To provide a quick setting agent for spraying that, even if not using any material such as alkali metal aluminate and alkali metal hydroxide or in a high temperature state, obtains a high quick setting property and a high initial strength developing property equal or higher than quick setting agent containing above materials and can apply to the place which needs a long-term strength developing property.SOLUTION: A quick setting agent for spraying does not substantially contain alkali metal aluminate and alkali metal hydroxide and contains calcium aluminate and aluminum sulfate. In the quick setting agent for spraying, a content of the aluminum sulfate is 5 to 105 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the calcium aluminate and a content of alkali earth metal in the aluminum sulfate is 0.007 to 4 mass% in terms of alkali earth metal oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】アルカリ金属アルミン酸塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物といった材料を使用しなくても、高温状況においても、上記材料を含む急結剤と同等以上の高い急結性や高い初期強度発現性が得られ、長期的な強度発現性を求められる箇所への適用が可能な吹付け用急結剤を提供する。【解決手段】アルカリ金属アルミン酸塩及びアルカリ金属水酸化物を実質的に含有せず、カルシウムアルミネートと硫酸アルミニウムと含有する吹付け用急結剤であって、前記硫酸アルミニウムの含有量が、前記カルシウムアルミネート１００質量部に対して５〜１０５質量部であり、前記硫酸アルミニウム中のアルカリ土類金属の含有量が、アルカリ土類金属酸化物換算で０．００７〜４質量％である吹付け用急結剤である。【選択図】なし
