NON-FLAMMABLE POWDER, POLYURETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR FORMING FOAM POLYURETHANE RESIN LAYER
To provide non-flammability (semi-fireproof performance) to a foam polyurethane resin layer at low cost and enables spraying in a conventional method.SOLUTION: At least expanded graphite, flaky graphite, and an inorganic additive agent (aluminum hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, and melamine polyphosphate) are contained in a foam polyurethane resin layer formed by a spraying method as an additive agent for providing non-flammability. In particular, the total of pts.mass of the expanded graphite, the flaky graphite and the inorganic additive agent is 60 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of polyol and polyisocyanate, and thereby a shape after combustion is held. The polyurethane resin added with the non-flammable additive agent is heated to 31-40°C inside a spray device, and is sprayed to an object by a spray gun device having a bore diameter of 1.5 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで発泡ポリウレタン樹脂層に不燃性(準耐火性)を持たせ、かつ、従来の工法で吹き付け可能とする。【解決手段】吹付け工法によって形成された発泡ポリウレタン樹脂層に、不燃性を持たせるための添加剤として、少なくとも膨張黒鉛と、鱗片状黒鉛と、無機系添加剤(水酸化アルミニウム、ポリリン酸アンモニウム、ポリリン酸メラミン)とを含ませる。特に、膨張黒鉛、鱗片状黒鉛、無機系添加剤の質量部の合計が、ポリオールとポリイソシアネートとを合わせた100質量部に対して、60質量部とすることで燃焼後の形状が保持される。不燃性の添加剤が加えられたポリウレタン樹脂は、吹付装置の内部で31〜40度に加温され、口径1.5mmのスプレーガン装置より対象物に吹き付けられる。【選択図】図1
