FIRE-RESISTANT MATERIAL AND FIRE-RESISTANT METHOD FOR SASH FRAME MOUNTING STRUCTURE
To propose a fire-resistant material member and a fireproof method that can ensure higher fireproof performance in a sash frame mounting structure in which a sash frame is fitted inside an opening in a building frame, etc., and the space created between the outer periphery of the sash frame and the inner periphery of the opening is filled with foamed resin to fix the sash frame.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant material 10, which is installed to cover a gap 8 between a sash frame 4 and an opening 2/17 that occurs on the indoor side is made in the form of an elongated metal plate with a recess 12 extending in the longitudinal direction, is overlapped at its the recess 12 with the gap 8 when installed to the gap 8. The resulting configuration prevents the sash frame 4 from coming off due to melting or burning of a foamed resin 6 in contact with flame in the event of a fire in the room, even if the foamed resin is exposed in the gap 8, and since the fire-resistant material 10 is made from the metal plate, it is highly resistant to heat and difficult to melt in the heat of fire, thus providing high reliability in fireproofing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】躯体等に設けられた開口部の内側にサッシ枠を嵌装して、該サッシ枠の外周面と上記開口部の内周面の間に生じた空間部を発泡樹脂で略満たすことで上記サッシ枠を固定するサッシ枠取付構造において、より高い耐火性能を確保し得る耐火部材および耐火方法を提案する。【解決手段】室内側に生じたサッシ枠4と開口部2,17の隙間部8を被うように着設される耐火部材10が、その長手方向に凹部12が延設された長尺状の金属製板材でなり、隙間部8への着設状態においては凹部12が隙間部8に重合される。係る構成により、隙間部8に発泡樹脂が露出していても、室内で火災が発生した場合に該発泡樹脂6が火炎に触れて溶融したり燃焼したりしてサッシ枠4が外れることが防止され、また、耐火部材10が、金属製板材からなるので熱に強く火災による熱で溶融しづらく、耐火性に関する高い信頼性が得られる。【選択図】図1
