To provide a multiple thread screw joint capable of eliminating fitting mistakes, and a steel pipe with a joint, a structure, a construction method of the structure, and a design method and a manufacturing method of the multiple thread screw joint.SOLUTION: A multiple thread screw joint 1 of this invention comprises an inner joint pipe 7 having a male thread 5 and an outer joint pipe 13 having a female thread 11 that are attached to an end portion of steel pipes 3, 9. The threads of the inner joint pipe 7 and the outer joint pipe 13 are multiple thread screws with four or more of even-numbered threads, and threads constituting the multiple thread screws satisfy a requirement specified below. The threads comprise two or more kinds of threads, and each kind of thread has even number of threads. All of thread ridges and thread bottoms have the same pitch. All of straight lines and polygons satisfy a requirement specified below: as to a straight line and a polygon formed by connecting positions of neighboring threads of the same kind with each other with a straight line, the straight line passes the center of the pipe and a center of gravity of the polygon accords with the center of the pipe, except a case where all of formed figures are regular polygons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】嵌合間違いを排除できる多条ねじ継手、継手付き鋼管、構造体、構造体の施工方法、多条ねじ継手の設計方法及び製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る多条ねじ継手1は、鋼管3、9の端部に取り付けられ、雄ねじ5を有する内側継手管7と雌ねじ11を有する外側継手管13からなり、内側継手管7及び外側継手管13のねじが、4条以上の偶数条の多条ねじであって、前記多条ねじを構成するねじが、以下の要件を満たすことを特徴とする。形状の異なる2種類以上のねじを備え、各種類のねじが偶数条であること。全てのねじ山及びねじ底は、ピッチが同じであること。同一種類同士のねじであって隣り合うもの同士の位置を直線で結んで形成される直線又は多角形が、直線は管の中心を通ること、多角形はその重心が管の中心と一致すること、という条件を全ての直線及び多角形が満たすこと。ただし、形成される図形が全て正多角形であるものを除く。【選択図】図1
