To provide a construction machine obtained by improving the aspect of a lighting system of a road paving machine or a feeder vehicle.SOLUTION: A construction machine 1 in an aspect of a road paving machine 2 or a feeder equipped with a chassis 4 and a hopper 3, the construction machine 1 having at least one lighting equipment 8 mounted to the chassis 4, the lighting equipment 8 being provided with at least one light source 8a, 8b, the lighting equipment 8 being configured to light a region ahead in the travelling direction. The construction machine is provided with an object detection system 12 that detects an object 15 located ahead of the travelling direction, and illumination emitted by the lighting equipment 8 changes in response to the detection of the object 15 by the object detection system 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
