RIVER MANAGEMENT DEVICE, RIVER MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM, METHOD FOR SUPPORTING RIVER MANAGEMENT, AND RIVER MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
To provide a river management device, a river management support system, a method for supporting a river management, and a river management support program that can easily grasp the situation of a river when the height of the river has reached a reference level.SOLUTION: A river management device 20 includes: a processing unit 22 for generating a reference water level synthesis image by overlapping a reference water level line showing a reference water level serving as a basis on which flood prevention activities are done against swollenness or flooding of a river, for example, or on which inhabitants evacuate, with a river image acquired by the image processing unit 11; and an output unit 25 for outputting a reference water level synthesis image generated by the processing unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
