WATER INFILTRATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide a water infiltration prevention structure of a building which can endure a water pressure during a flood.SOLUTION: A water expansive material such as a foam material sponge sheet 61 and foam material columnar sponge 62 is held at a position filling a gap between adjacent outer wall panels, adjacent building units 1, 1 and between the building unit 1 and a foundation. When the water expansive material absorbs water and expands, the gap is closed, and even when a water pressure is applied, water infiltration into the building can be prevented. Also, since the water expansive material goes back to the volume before water absorption when it is dried, it does not block a ventilation path of the building at normal time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】洪水時の水圧に耐え得る建物の水浸入防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】隣接する外壁パネル間、隣接する建物ユニット1,1間又は建物ユニット1と基礎との間の継目における隙間を埋める位置に、発泡材スポンジシート61や発泡材柱状スポンジ62等の水膨張材が挟着されている。前記水膨張材が吸水して膨張すると前記隙間を塞ぎ、水圧がかかっても建物内部への水の浸入を防ぐことができる。また、前記水膨張材は乾燥すると吸水前の体積に戻るため、通常時は建物の換気経路を妨げることがない。【選択図】図5
