SLIME PROCESSING DEVICE
To provide a slime processing device capable of securely removing slime deposited in an expanded bottom part with an inner diameter larger than an inner diameter of a shaft of a pile hole without requiring any well-experienced operation.SOLUTION: A slime processing device is provided with: a vertical direction support member 1 with rigidity suspended in a shaft H of a pile hole from the ground movably in a horizontal direction; a horizontal direction support member 2 attached on a lower end of the vertical direction support member 1; a submerged pump 3 for water injection placed on one side of the vertical direction support member 1 opposite to an attachment side of the horizontal direction support member 2 thereon; and a submerged pump 4 for sucking slime placed on the other side; a water injection member 5 injecting water supplied from the submerged pump 3 for injecting water toward to the submerged pump 4 for sucking slim; and a scraper 6 arranged on a position opposite to the water injection member 5 in a way the submerged pump 4 for sucking slime is placed therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】操作に熟練を要さずに、杭孔の軸部の内径よりも大きな内径を有する拡底部に沈積したスライムを確実に除去することができるスライム処理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】杭孔の軸部Ｈ内を水平方向に移動可能に地上から垂下した剛性を有する鉛直方向支持部材１と、鉛直方向支持部材１の下端部に取り付けた水平方向支持部材２と、水平方向支持部材２の鉛直方向支持部材１との取付位置を挟んで一方側に設けた噴射水用水中ポンプ３と、他方側に設けたスライム吸込用水中ポンプ４と、スライム吸込用水中ポンプ４に向けて噴射水用水中ポンプ３から供給される水を噴射する水噴射部材５と、水噴射部材５とスライム吸込用水中ポンプ４を挟んで対向する位置に設けたスクレーパ６とを備える。【選択図】図１
