To provide a toilet management method, a toilet management system, a toilet management device, and a toilet management program that make it possible to more appropriately grasp a congestion state of a toilet room in which a plurality of stools are installed.SOLUTION: A toilet management method for managing a state of a toilet room in which a plurality of stools are installed includes: a jamming information acquisition step of acquiring jamming information on jamming states of the plurality of stools; a use information acquisition step of acquiring use information on use situations of the plurality of stools; and a congestion situation determination step of determining a congestion situation of the toilet room on the basis of the acquired use information on the plurality of stools. The congestion situation determination step includes a correction step of correcting the congestion situation of the toilet room on the basis of the acquired jamming information on the plurality of stools.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
