To make attaching an electrolytic tank cartridge to a water treating device relatively easy.SOLUTION: An electrolytic tank cartridge 10 comprises an electrolytic tank 12 that generates electrolytic water, and a case 14 that stores the electrolytic tank 12. The case 14 includes a cylindrical circumference face 20, a pair of end faces 21, 21 each blocking either end of the circumference face 20, and openings 22, 23 each provided on the pair of end faces 21, 21 to communicate the inside of the case 14 with the outside thereof. A center C2 of each of the openings 22, 23 each provided on the pair of end faces 21, 21 is disposed on a position eccentric from a figure center C1 of the corresponding end face 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
