PRESSURE BONDING GRIP WITH SCREW ROD AND TENDON INCLUDING THE SAME
To enable tension anchoring by a nut just like the conventional lock bolt by using a prestressing steel strand, and to enable tension anchoring with simple equipment.SOLUTION: A pressure bonding grip comprises a bottomed cylindrical pressure bonding sleeve 4 and an insert which is cylindrical, in which blades are formed on inner and outer peripheral surfaces, and which is inserted into the pressure bonding sleeve. A screw rod 3 shares a center axis with the pressure bonding sleeve, and is provided integrally at a bottom part of the pressure bonding sleeve. The diameter of the screw rod is smaller than an outer diameter of the pressure bonding sleeve, and it can be anchored by a nut. An outer peripheral part of the bottom part is formed in a tapered shape in which the diameter reduces toward the screw rod side. In a center axis direction, the pressure bonding sleeve forms an insert storage part on a bottom part side, and a synthetic resin coat take-in part 4b on an opening side. The synthetic resin coat take-in part has a thickness dimension smaller than the thickness dimension in the radial direction of the insert storage part across the whole length in the center axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】PC鋼より線を使用して、従来のロックボルトと同様にナットによる緊張定着を可能とし、簡易な設備で緊張定着を可能とする。【解決手段】圧着グリップは、有底円筒状の圧着スリーブ4と、円筒状をして、内外周面に刃が形成してあり、圧着スリーブに挿入されるインサートとからなり、ネジ棒3は、圧着スリーブと中心軸線を共通にして、圧着スリーブの底部に一体に設けられ、ネジ棒の直径は圧着スリーブの外径よりも小さく、ナットによる定着を可能としてあり、底部の外周部がネジ棒側に向かうにつれて直径が小さくなるテーパー状に形成され、圧着スリーブは、中心軸線方向において、底部側にインサート格納部、及び、開口側に合成樹脂被覆取込部4bを形成し、合成樹脂被覆取込部が、中心軸線方向の全長にわたって、インサート格納部の径方向の厚さ寸法よりも小さい厚さ寸法を有するものとする。【選択図】図4
