To suppress temperature rise of glass of a window provided with a motor-driven blind at an indoor side.SOLUTION: A control device 2 includes: an air-conditioning control portion 203 for controlling an air conditioner 4; a blind control portion 204 for controlling a motor-driven blind 5 disposed at an indoor side in a manner of covering a window and shielding solar radiation; and a mode switching portion 200 for switching an air conditioning mode between a normal mode for performing cooling in a normal state and a special mode for cooling the air between the window and the motor-driven blind 5. In switching from the normal mode to the special mode, the air-conditioning control portion 203 gives an instruction to change a wind direction to the air conditioner 4 so that the air is blown out toward the motor-driven blind 5, and the blind control portion 204 gives an instruction to open a louver to the motor-driven blind 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
