METHOD FOR PRODUCING DISPERSION ELEMENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC FIRED BODY
To provide a method for producing a dispersion element with excellent dispersibility, and to provide a method for producing a ceramic fired body using the dispersion element.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a method for producing a dispersion element by mixing a plurality of solid particles, water, and dispersant; and a method for producing a fired body, by which the dispersion element is molded and fired. When producing the dispersion element, the followings are used: at least two kinds of solid particles selected based on a predetermined material kind-selecting method based on a Hansen solubility parameter distance Ra with water, a Hansen sphere S1 of the solid particle, and a Hansen sphere S2 of the dispersant; and at least one kind of dispersant. Moreover, an optimum amount of the dispersant, α wt.%, determined by a predetermined optimum amount-determining method, is at least added and then mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】分散性が良好な分散体の製造方法、及び分散体を用いたセラミックス焼成体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数種類の固体粒子と、水と、分散剤とを混合することにより、分散体を製造する方法である。また、この分散体を成形し、焼成する焼成体の製造方法である。分散体の製造にあたっては、水とのハンセン溶解度パラメータ距離Ra、固体粒子のハンセン球S1、分散剤S2のハンセン球に基づいた所定の材料種選択法に基づいて選択した少なくとも2種類の固体粒子と少なくとも1種類の分散剤とを用いる。また、所定の最適量決定法にて決定される分散剤の最適量α重量%を少なくとも添加して混合する。【選択図】図8
