To provide a ladder sleeper 10 for ballast ladder track that can suppress the occurrence of cracks and improve productivity.SOLUTION: A ladder sleeper 10 for a ballast ladder track has a pair of vertical beams 12a, 12b and a protrusion 20. The pair of vertical beams 12a, 12b are arranged to extend in the X direction below a pair of rails and also extending in the X direction. The protrusion 20 protrudes in the Y direction from the vicinity of the ends of the pair of vertical beams 12a, 12b in the X direction. The protrusion 20 protrudes to at least one of the inner and outer sides of the pair of vertical beams 12a, 12b in the Y direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
