To provide a repair and regeneration method of an anchor load meter capable of being performed in a state where a tensile force applied to a tensile material is maintained.SOLUTION: A repair and regeneration method of an anchor load meter including a strain causing cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder protecting an outer periphery of the strain causing cylinder 1 comprises: a step of detaching the outer cylinder; a step of newly fixing a strain gauge 4 to the exposed outer periphery of the strain causing cylinder 1; a step of winding a waterproof material around the outer periphery of the strain causing cylinder 1 to which the strain gauge 4 is fixed; and a step of fixing the detached outer cylinder to the outer periphery of the strain causing cylinder 1 wound with the waterproof material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
