FIRE PROOF MEMBER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE PROOF STRUCTURE
To provide a fire proof member capable of being suitably used for construction for forming multiple different kinds of fire proof structures even when a support member and a joint sealer are integrated, and a construction method of a fire proof structure.SOLUTION: A fire proof member 11 is used for application of suppressing fire spread through an open hole 51a in a partition structure 71. The fire proof member 11 comprises: a thermally expansive member 12 having a thermal expansion material which thermally expands with heat at a fire disaster; a supporting member 21 supporting the thermal expansive member 12; and a joint sealer 31 inserted between an outer peripheral face of a first pipe body 61 and an inner peripheral face of the open hole 51a. The supporting member 21 comprises: a holding part 22 for holding the thermally expansive member 12; an engagement part 23 to engage with an upper end open edge of the open hole 51a; and a coupling part 24 coupling the holding part 22 and the engagement part 23. The joint sealer 31 is fitted to the coupling part 24 and is movable along the coupling part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】支持部材と目地材とを一体とした場合であっても、異なる複数種の耐火構造を形成する施工に好適に用いることのできる耐火部材、及び耐火構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】耐火部材11は、区画構造71における貫通孔51aを通じた延焼を抑える用途に用いられる。耐火部材11は、火災時の熱によって熱膨張する熱膨張材を有する熱膨張性部材12と、熱膨張性部材12を支持する支持部材21と、第1管体61の外周面と貫通孔51aの内周面との間に挿入される目地材31とを備える。支持部材21は、熱膨張性部材12を保持する保持部22と、貫通孔51aの上端開口縁に係止する係止部23と、保持部22と係止部23とを連結する連結部24とを備える。目地材31は、連結部24に取り付けられるとともに、連結部24に沿って移動可能である。【選択図】図5
