COMPOSITION FOR MOLDING OF SINTERABLE CERAMIC POWDER AND METAL POWDER AND DEGREASED ARTICLE OF THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SINTERED BODY
To provide a composition for sinterable ceramic or metal powder injection molding from which a sound degreased article having no air bubble, swelling and cracking therein can be obtained, and a degreasing method.SOLUTION: A molding is obtained by adding a composition for molding that contains sinterable ceramic powder or metal powder, and 30-65 vol.% of an organic binder composed of a water-soluble compound that can be dissolved in water vapor and a thermoplastic resin, and an organic compound having a melting point of 120°C or lower, in which an addition amount of the organic binder of the compound is 20-80 vol.%, an addition amount of the organic binder of the thermoplastic resin is 20-70 vol.%, and an addition amount of the organic binder of the organic compound having the melting point of 120°C or lower is 1-30 vol.%, to the sinterable ceramic powder or metal powder, kneading the powder at a heating and kneading temperature of 120-190°C, and injection molding the obtained composition for molding. A method for manufacturing a sintered article includes extracting 30 vol.% or more of a water-soluble compound in the whole organic binder in the water or using alcohol or acetone that is a water-soluble solvent, flowing superheated steam, and obtaining a degreased article having no defect in short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内部に気泡・膨れ・クラックが無い健全な脱脂体を得ることができる焼結可能なセラミックス若しくは金属粉末射出成形用組成物と脱脂方法の提供。【解決手段】焼結可能なセラミックス粉末若しくは金属粉末と、水蒸気に溶解できる水溶性化合物と熱可塑性樹脂並びに融点120℃以下の有機化合物からなる有機バインダを30〜65体積%含むとともに、有機バインダの添加量を化合物が20〜80体積%、熱可塑性樹脂20〜70体積%、融点120℃以下の有機化合物1〜30体積%を焼結可能なセラミックス粉末若しくは金属粉末に添加し、120〜190℃の加熱混練温度で混練を行う。得られた成形用組成物を射出成形し成形体を得る。得られた成形体を水中もしくは水溶性溶媒であるアルコールもしくはアセトンを用いて、水溶性化合物を全有機バインダ中の30体積%以上抽出し、過熱蒸気をフローして短時間で欠陥の無い脱脂体を得る、焼結品の製造方法。【選択図】図2
