DOOR STOPPER POSITIONING METHOD AND DOOR STOPPER POSITIONING JIG
To be able to easily and accurately mount the door side member and floor side member of a door stopper to the door and floor.SOLUTION: It is a door stopper positioning method which includes a process of attaching a door sticking part 34 to the back surface 1b of a door 1 and making a lateral overhanging part 33 project from the gap between the door 1 and the floor F toward the front surface 1a side of the door 1 using a first piece 30 having a laterally overhanging part 33 and a door sticking part 34 via a first bending part 32 and a second piece 40 having a floor mounting part 43 and an undulating part 44 via a second bending part 42, a process of inserting the floor mounting part 43 between the lateral overhanging part 33 and the floor F to bring the undulating part 44 standing up from the floor surface mounting part 43 into contact with the tip of the lateral overhanging part 33, a process of rotating the undulating part 44 rising from the floor mounting part 43 via the second bent part 42 and attaching it to the floor F and a process of marking the position corresponding to the door marking part 35 provided on the door sticking part 34 on the back surface 1b and the position corresponding to the floor marking portion 45 provided on the floor surface mounting part 43 on the floor F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】ドアストッパの扉側部材と床側部材を、扉と床に対して容易に且つ正確に取り付けできるようにする。【解決手段】第１屈曲部３２を介して横方向張出部３３と扉貼付部３４とを有する第１片３０と、第２屈曲部４２を介して床面載置部４３と起伏部４４とを有する第２片４０とを用い、扉貼付部３４を扉１の背面１ｂに貼り付けて横方向張出部３３を扉１と床Ｆの隙間から扉１の前面１ａ側へ張り出させる工程と、床面載置部４３を横方向張出部３３と床Ｆとの間に差し入れて床面載置部４３から起立している起伏部４４を横方向張出部３３の先端に当接させる工程と、床面載置部４３から起立している起伏部４４を第２屈曲部４２を介して回動させて床Ｆに貼り付ける工程と、扉貼付部３４に設けられた扉目印部３５に対応する位置を背面１ｂに、床面載置部４３に設けられた床目印部４５に対応する位置を床Ｆに印付けする工程とを備えるドアストッパの位置決め方法とした。【選択図】図９
