To provide a three-dimensional structure capable of realizing a lightweight and deformable three-dimensional structure, and a shape-variable three-dimensional structure to which the three-dimensional structure is applied, and to provide a deformation method of the three-dimensional structure and a deformation method of the shape-variable three-dimensional structure.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional structure according to the present invention is provided with two panel members, a linear member linking the two panel members, and an adjustment device capable of adjusting a length of the linear member.
