FORMWORK SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR TUNNEL CENTER
To provide a formwork support structure for a tunnel center that does not exert a large twisting force on an elevating jack when a lateral movement mechanism is activated and can prevent its damage.SOLUTION: In a tunnel center having a frame 1, which is rectangular in plan view and supports a formwork TF curved in an arc along an inner wall of a tunnel, on a carriage 5 movable in the tunnel extension direction, and the frame 1 is supported by lifting jacks 2 at its four corners, a lateral movement mechanism 3 that moves a base end in a tunnel width direction in a straight line, and a longitudinal movement mechanism 4, which is positioned on top of the lateral movement mechanism 3 and enables the base end to move in a direction intersecting a movement direction of the lateral movement mechanism 3, are interposed between the carriage 5 and the base end of the lifting jack 2, which supports both ends in the tunnel width direction of at least one of the front and rear positions in the tunnel extension direction of the frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横移動機構の作動時に昇降ジャッキに大きなねじれ力が作用せずその破損を未然に防止できるトンネルセントルの型枠支持構造を提供する。【解決手段】トンネル延長方向へ移動可能な台車5上に、トンネル内壁に沿う円弧状に湾曲する型枠TFを支持する平面視で略四角形の台枠1を備え、当該台枠1をその四隅で昇降ジャッキ2によって支持するようにしたトンネルセントルにおいて、台枠1のトンネル延長方向前後位置の少なくとも一方のトンネル幅方向両端を支持する昇降ジャッキ2の基端と台車5との間に、上記基端をトンネル幅方向へ直線移動させる横移動機構3と、当該横移動機構3に重ねて位置させられて横移動機構3の移動方向と交差する方向で上記基端を移動可能とする縦移動機構4とを介在させる。【選択図】 図2
