To provide a free access floor panel, and a manufacturing method and a constructing method therefor that can improve work efficiency of carpet sticking work.SOLUTION: A free access floor panel 10 has panel through holes 15 through which wiring/piping 91 arranged therebelow can be seen from above, and a plurality of self-adhesive foam resin sheets 51 are fixed on top surfaces of a plurality of top plates 17 forming a flat part excluding the panel through holes 15. Consequently, neither application of an adhesive nor volatilization of a solvent is required in a site where free access floor panels 10 are constructed, so that work efficiency of carpet sticking work is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】カーペット貼付作業の作業効率を向上させることが可能なフリーアクセスフロアパネル及びその製造方法及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本開示のフリーアクセスフロアパネル１０は、下方に配置される配線・配管９１を上方から視認可能とするためのパネル貫通孔１５を備え、パネル貫通孔１５を避けた平坦部である複数の天板１７の上面に、自己粘着性を有する複数の発泡樹脂シート５１が固着されている。これにより、フリーアクセスフロアパネル１０の施工現場での接着剤の塗布や溶媒の揮発を待つ時間が不要になり、カーペット貼付作業の作業効率が向上する。【選択図】図４
