To provide a device which highly accurately specifies a portion of an outdoor structure with machine learning by an artificial intelligence.SOLUTION: An outdoor structure portion specification device comprises: an image acquisition unit which acquires a first image of a first outdoor structure including a plurality of portions; a boundary decision unit which decides a boundary between the first outdoor structure and the portions of the first outdoor structure in the first image; a specification unit 203 which specifies a type of the first outdoor structure and the portions of the first outdoor structure on the basis of the boundary; a colored image generation unit which generates a colored first image by coloring each portion in accordance with the portions; a model generation unit which inputs the type of the first outdoor structure, the colored first image and the first image to an artificial intelligence for machine learning to generate a learned outdoor structure portion specification model; a reception unit which receives the input of a second image of a second outdoor structure including a plurality of portions; and a specification unit 207 which specifies a type of the second outdoor structure and the portions of the second structure in the second image by using the learned outdoor structure portion specification model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
