DISASTER MONITORING DEVICE AND DISASTER MONITORING METHOD
To provide a disaster monitoring device and a disaster monitoring method that monitor all the time unstable slopes and roads with terrain conditions feared of sudden collapses, detect signs or occurrences of disasters and prevent human damages by collaborating with alarms or traffic barriers or both.SOLUTION: Provided are a detecting means that acquires at least the current condition information of targets being monitored such images of the ground, sound, or vibration, and detects abnormality of the ground, an analysis means that analyzes the detection data of the ground abnormality detected by the detecting means, a disaster evaluation means that evaluates disaster occurrence from the analysis results analyzed by the analysis means and a notification means that notifies road managers of the evaluation results from the disaster evaluation means, the analysis means analyzes the time and frequency of occurrences of the ground abnormality, and the disaster evaluation means evaluates the risk of a disaster from the frequency of occurrences of the ground abnormality per unit time and its increasing or decreasing tendency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 不安定な斜面や突発的な崩壊陥没の懸念が持たれる地形条件の道路などを常時監視し、災害発生の予兆もしくは災害発生を検知して、警報または交通遮断機またはその両方と連携して人的被害を防ぐ災害監視装置及び災害監視方法を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくとも地面の画像、音又は振動のいずれかの監視対象の現状情報を取得し、前記地面の異常を感知する感知手段と、前記感知手段により感知した前記地面の異常についての感知データを解析する解析手段と、前記解析手段により解析された解析結果から災害の発生を評価する災害評価手段と、前記災害評価手段の評価結果を道路管理者に通知する通知手段とを備え、前記解析手段は、前記地面の異常が発生した時期及び回数を解析し、前記災害評価手段は、前記地面の異常の単位時間あたりの発生頻度及びその増減傾向から、災害のリスクを評価することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
