To provide an actuator device in which a drive cable hardly interferes with a guide member.SOLUTION: An actuator device 21 includes: a gear housing 32 having at an outer side thereof an arrangement surface 52 of a drive gear 23; a cover member fixed to the gear housing 32 in such a manner of covering the drive gear 23; and a guide member 50 extended in a routing direction of a drive cable 25 that engages with the drive gear 23. In addition, the actuator device 21 includes a fixing portion 60 of the guide member 50 to the gear housing 32 provided on the arrangement surface 52 of the drive gear 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
