To provide a data collection determination system for easily collecting many data suitable for learning for accurate determination.SOLUTION: In a data collection determination system, a data collection device includes: an imaging unit for imaging an image of an object; a determination results output unit for transmitting a captured image to a determination device and receiving determination results relative to the object from the determination device to output them; a check results input unit for inputting check results indicating evaluation relative to the determination results according to operation by a checker; and a transmission unit for transmitting the check results to the determination device. The determination device includes: a determination unit for determining a state of the object based on a learning model stored in advance related to the image received from the data collection device; a determination results transmission unit for transmitting determination results to the data collection device; a collection unit for receiving the check results from the data collection device to collect an image for generating the learning model from the image received from the data collection device based on the check results; and a learning processing unit for reflecting the generated learning data on the learning model based on the collected image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
