METHOD FOR FORMING THE STEEL BAR INSERTION HOLE OF PRECAST MEMBER, METHOD FOR JOINING PRECAST MEMBER, AND PRECAST MEMBER
To provide a method for forming the steel bar insertion hole of a precast member that makes the interface of a steel bar insertion hole into a finish capable of expecting adhesivity to a steel bar and can realize cost reduction without using a spiral-type sheath tube, a method for joining a precast member capable of inserting a steel bar into the steel bar insertion hole and securely fixing the same, and a precast member.SOLUTION: A method for forming a steel bar insertion hole of a precast member comprises a process where a single tube 32 is inserted into a flexible conduit tube 31 made of a synthetic resin obtained by repeatedly forming many irregularities in a tube circumferential direction in a tube longitudinal direction to produce a flask material 30 for a steel bar insertion hole, the single tube is removed from a precast member produced by installing concrete in a flask for a precast member arranged with the flask material for the steel bar insertion hole and the flexible conduit tube made of the synthetic resin is removed, thereby removing the flask material for the steel bar insertion hole, so that the steel bar insertion hole in which irregularities corresponding to the irregularities of the flexible conduit tube made of the synthetic resin are formed on the inner circumferential face is formed at the precast member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スパイラル形のシース管を用いずに、鉄筋挿入孔の界面を鉄筋への付着力が期待できる仕上げとし、低コスト化を実現可能なプレキャスト部材の鉄筋挿入孔の形成方法、その鉄筋挿入孔に鉄筋を挿入し確実に定着させるプレキャスト部材の接合方法およびプレキャスト部材を提供する。【解決手段】このプレキャスト部材の鉄筋挿入孔の形成方法は、管周方向の凹凸が管長手方向に繰り返し多数形成された合成樹脂製可撓電線管31の内側に単管32を挿入して鉄筋挿入孔用型枠材30を作製し、鉄筋挿入孔用型枠材を配置したプレキャスト部材用型枠にコンクリートを打設して作製されたプレキャスト部材から単管を取り外し合成樹脂製可撓電線管を取り外すことで鉄筋挿入孔用型枠材を除去することにより合成樹脂製可撓電線管の凹凸に対応した凹凸が内周面に形成された鉄筋挿入孔をプレキャスト部材に形成する。【選択図】図1
